Description

A 1” crack to a copper elbow pipe flooded the second floor of the church, effecting approximately 6,000 square feet.  We removed all contents from all hallways.  We removed all built-in cabinets in 8 classrooms for access to the moisture saturated walls. Removed drywall in most rooms to flood cut for structural drying. Dried all rooms and their contents to safe conditions. Cleaned and remediated areas behind cabinets for pre-existing conditions. Demo of all VCT flooring and vinyl cove throughout. 

 We then replaced all insulation, drywall, ceilings and fixtures removed due to water damage. Prepped and painted all walls, installed new updated cabinets with new quartz tops and plumbing fixtures. Installed new upgraded flooring throughout the space. Returned all contents back to rooms and manipulated set up and cleaning back to original conditions.
