Full property paint of 392 unit property consisting of 17 tenant buildings, 1 leasing office, 1 fitness center, 1 maintenance shop, 8 garages and 1 mail kiosk. This included all siding, trim, fascia, soffit and gutters. Also included breezeways, ceilings and front and patio doors. Along with the full property paint we also removed and replaced of approx. 400sq of cement siding and approx. 16,000 LF of damaged wood/siding/trim/soffit etc.
