Senior living facility that we have performed a variety of capital improvement jobs at. Apartments are brought to a new and upgraded standard including cabinets, countertops, plumbing, flooring, paint, and electrical. Over 100 projects performed at site each year. Annual bay window replacement project consists of stacks five commercial grade windows in each bay including removing stucco, installing new windows, and finishing with new cement board siding.
