Description

Full property paint of 362 unit property consisting of 14 tenant buildings, 1 leasing office, 1 fitness center, 6 garages and 1 mail kiosk. This included all siding, trim, fascia, soffit and gutters. Also included breezeways, ceilings and front and patio doors. Along with the full property paint we also removed and replaced approximately 12,000 LF of damaged wood/siding/trim/soffit etc.
